There is a company known as ( Silver Script Insurance ) -There are supposedly affiliated with C.V.S. Pharmacies -- ...
They are a company that supposedly helps you pay for your prescriptions , the refills.
If you did not enroll / sign up for their plan at all yet if you get their cards in the mail anyway , if you get a bill that they expect you to pay any amount of what they will send you a bill of you can fight it , also call the - B.B.B-- And if you are disabled in any way or if your a senior Citizen , if you are not any of those you can still fight it with the various organizations , programs.
For the disabled in California there is a organization in California known as the Disability Rights Program.- You can get the information on that through your local Regional Centers , Library - To start.
The Silver Script company claims that they can not Un- enroll you through their system yet this writer thinks that they can but they refuse to , with that they practically push the fact that they need to send you a form to where you fill out , you can also add a letter to with that according to the idiots that I talked with they say that you can do that , it is not clear to them if you would still have to pay the amount that they expect you to pay but if you know your rights , this writer believes , has faith in you that you do know your rights , for those that do not know you can easily find that out but I know that all citizens do even in , with situations like this of dealing with many companies , corporations ,etc..
In many ways its known as bureaucratic dealings that get many of each states citizens in to issues or situations like this even if , when you are sure that you did not sign up for any thing like Silver Script-, Many others.
So always know that you can fight it with knowing your rights in the matter , more.
It is not right that many companies that we trust such as Medical & Medicare , many others make our choices for us as if we are not able to make our own choices for ourselves thus I know that those that are unable to due to any medical reasons or disabilities you can ask those that you trust in your family or a case worker to help you with that , the case workers are those in Regional Centers , more they will help you with the issue / situation.
You can take an additional step , contact your local state , county representative, talk with them about that , see if they can help by making sure that things like this of what this article's about.
And with that they would look in to it , take action in that matter , I know that not very many of you may trust them due to politics but they will work for you , deal with it thus the situation on that part may take a while to rectify to where none of this sort of thing does not happen to any other person , where it will no longer happen to you also.

As I figured Obama did the very thing that I said.
First off he repeated what he said in his speech that he said in 2008 -& He basically dressed it up as I knew he would.
And from what I saw that many of the people ate his horse crud up as if it was all true, they did not notice that he basically dressed up his same words that he said before he became President - And added some new things to it , with the mention of factories should be a wake up call in a sense that should have many people say : Wait a second here .. did he say factories ? - If that is an actuality of his plan for this country then what they say about Obama is true of him wanting to turn this Country socialist -We do not want that , we more then surly do not want factories for employment in this country.-
And vote against Obama as well...
With that where there is factories then that means there will be unions , unions are a moderate reason of why the economy is the way it is in what is still a slight to moderate down fall , still going down .
Unions were supposed to help , support the people in the working world yet over the number of years they have found many loop holes where they would be able to protect their own rears , totally ignored the negative effect that they were causing to this country , the economy , with that with no one realizing it the unions have gradually pulled away from helping the working public , kept focusing on benefiting themselves being the union focused plainly on the union...
And apparently the people picketing at Fresh & Easy Market -On
: Watt Avenue & El Camino -In Sacramento, California - Think that having a union is a good thing .
What those uninformed people do not realize is that at one time many many many years ago the union was a good idea , very supportive , helpful but over the course of these many years after the 1970's , "80's the union has since then become corrupt & only in it for themselves, no one else.
And it dose not seem that they will change their ways on that at all.
So I would say that they are wasting time , energy on one aspect but on the other hand I do commend/applaud them on exercising their rights , freedoms , beliefs.
I do hope that they will stop eventually even if they do not get what they ask for , actually use the energy for many positive reasons in what would be to help the public , where they can support themselves as well as their families if they have any at present.
In this state we still have a fairly high to moderate percent of those that are still unemployed , if they keep picketing as they are then they will eventually scare away many businesses starting with > Fresh & Easy Market<...
I do hope that they will realize the negative effects that will cause before its too late, with that they would scare away many other businesses , if they do that then it will make it harder for them , many others to find employment.
Harder then it may seem like at present...

The new California out of state retailers law is that the retailers that are out of state retailers have to register with the ( B.O.E )- Being the Board of Equalization . they require out of state retailers to collect use tax on sales in the state of California - Of tangible personal property to California consumers.
The law applies to out of state retailers that have substantial nexus with California consumers.
This includes any out of state retailer that has sold more then $1 billion to California consumers in the past year & has more then $10,000 in sales referred by an affiliate in California.operating in California.
The Board of Equalization member:: George Runner said -"This new law may require out of state online retailers to start collecting tax but will unaffected," Then he added "The good news is that rather then engage in a costly drawn -out legal fight Amazon.com has voluntarily invested in California -And bring thousands of jobs in our state- I applaud their decision & hope other out of state companies consider doing the the same."
Do note: Before this article was published that the Board of Equalization - Has sent out letters to more then two hundred out of state retailers notifying them about the new law.
Retailers will be able to easily register online with the ( B.O.E.) - On their secure, innovative electronic registration system ( e Reg ) -And remit the tax collected by e-filing their returns.
The AB 155 - Does not create a new tax --The California use tax - Has been on the books since 1935 - It expands the the types of out of state retailers required to collect the tax.
The Carmichael Times States that when the law- AB 155 Goes in to effect on - September. 15th - That some additional out of state retailers & online/ Internet retailers will collect , California consumers must continue to report , pay their use taxes.
Consumers can pay directly to the -Board of Equalization using ( e Reg ) -Or pay on their California income tax returns - With the option of using the Use Tax Look up Table.--
AB 155 - Is expected to help the ( B.O.E. )- Collect tens of millions of dollars in use tax that will help pay for services such as public safety , schools , health care.
The Board of Equalization - Does not have a precise estimate because AB 155 - Is a new law.
On a separate note: This writer wonders if the company of Wal Mart , Sam's Club , C.V.S. Pharmacies - - Will agree with such a new law , if they do how will they go about it ?
Will they try , find loop holes as many laws do have that I have noticed that may also be in that law in that law that will keep them from paying doing that or will they man up if you will , do what is asked of them in following that law that is now in effect seeing that as I write this it is now on the very day - date , month , year that Sacramento has now put in to effect , that was said to be in effect according to the Carmichael Times...
We all know that Wal Mart has been getting tax breaks in each , every state , city , town , county may be this could be a way that they will have top fork over more of what they did not have to pay out when they when they first got in to this state, its retail market.

Its bad enough that they have gotten away with not paying their fair share , getting away with the many breaks that they have gotten away with not only in this state but many others over the years.
There should be a law that states that no company retail or other wise can not get any breaks tax or other wise as Wal Mart has if they want to ever do business in this state.
And they can not get any tax breaks in any other state either , just to play it safe the state must check its records in that regard , many others as well starting with the consumers health ,safety , more.
That health part has been over looked when it comes to C.V.S Pharmacies -Seeing that years before they acquired the west coast drug retailer Longs Drugs Stores - C.V.S - Was sued three times in three separate years , the reason was that they kept selling over the counter expired items.
That in it self is a risk to the consumers / customers health , well being, in regards to the safety aspect Wal Mart has had many unsafe situations happening in their parking lots such as rapes , assaults , more , they claim that they have been doing all that is necessary to ensure the consumers/ customers safety , yet many do not cal security cameras that are not being watched as many things go on inside , outside of the store , periodic security patrols in their parking lots enough to ensure their safety , they are right it is not enough , yet with that Wal Mart is a multi billion dollar company they can do more then that to keep the public that shops at each , everyone of their stores safe, many of the stores besides Wal Mart would include Sam's Club , the Wal Mart super markets as well.
With that Wal Mart has been known to have their employees go to where they have to depend up on the state for medical , dental , vision insurance , also where they are expected to work in an area / department/ part of the store that they were not , have not been fully , properly trained for , in, that usually starts when the store is short handed in where one employee calls in sick or where Wal Mart may have had to cut back on hours in many of the employees schedule, or
Yet it is in the California state law that every company no matter what industry it is apart of / in - That they are to train every employee in every part of the company starting with any part of a department / position , they can not sway from that in any way no matter what.
If they do try to then the labor board will be contacted they will be fined for doing that, if they continue the will be shut down.

Now that the debates are done the current President & the Mitt Romney are out on the road at various target states , they have yet to make their plans for this country clear enough . true enough for the American People in those states pick them to vote in office.
Many say that Obama has the chance to fix what he has not done , has screwed up but the larger percent of the American People say that Romney has a better chance at getting their votes , with that the case of religion has nothing to do with this campaign.
Yet in the beginning of the campaign many numbers of people have tried many times to make a case out of it as if it had many things if any thing at all to do with it though in reality it did not have a thing to do with the campaign & in reality it does not matter of what one person believes , follows in faith , more either so those who had tried to make a case out of it were really wasting their time as well as being judgmental in what is a major sin.
Though many can see that those who have tried to again make a case out of it do not care or do not see it as a judgment or a sin or in all both.
When all that happened many of the local news station's like ( Fox 40 , K-C-R-A 3 & News 10, Good Day Sacramento . K-O-V-R 13 ) & May be many others in the bay area to start have as well.
But over time the whole thing has gotten very old , stale , I know even though the news stations have not reported it as much as they did in the beginning many may wonder what else those same groups will come up with next to get their five seconds of fame , notoriety.
Outside of that the campaign has gone on regardless of the nay Sayers - And aside from the Obama side the Romney side has encouraged that of what those have spilled out about the two of them in the campaign .
Many may not know this but seeing that what has been said about the two in the in the run for the White House - The Romney side shows the strong positive side of it all , has a strong belief in human rights , beliefs , more , that can be another factor in why the Romney side has a strong chance in winning the 2012 election...
That looks bad on the Obama side , also Obama claims to be running on his record as if he has done nothing wrong in what is hurting his chances , with that he is trying to cover many of the wrong things he has said , done during his first term in office, with that in some respect hes trying to color code it , make it unrecognizable to where the American People will not be able to see , or notice the real truth.
This country is at the mercy of what will happen , who ever is taken out , put in the seat of our Commander , chief / our President for 2012 - And what they will actually do while in office so many of us in this country meed to weigh out the pros , cons between the two in order to make the right choice for this country , its future , our children's , our future no matter if we think that one is better then the other before the campaign , what is said during there before the campaign , what is done when one is taken out , the other is put in office.
Many have said that Romney hates women yet in actuality that is not true at all its said by many that support the liberal Democrats in who support socialisum , Obama -In what are called Obama raticals not truly Obama supporters.
So if you have heard many negative things that have , are being siad of , about Romney do not believe it.
They are just scared of the unknown , the fact that Romney has a stronger , better chance of taking the seat from the liberals in the White House-...

C.R.P.H.A. BUSINESS ADVOCATE.
We know that everyone may have heard that a number of years ago that the corporation that currently owns the rights to the name of ( Circuit City ) was about to bring back the retailer back into actuality but the way that it would come to be was in its big return they would open the store in the size of what was the same basic size of the well known retailer ( RADIO SHACK ) ...
So far that has not happened at all in any way at all but now there is a much earlier word out that the well known retailer of ( TOY'S "R" US ) - Might make a come back under the same corporate office control or so it is thought it being that currently .
We are helping our founder in bringing back a well known pharmacy retailer ( LONGS DRUGS STORES )- The retailer was one if not the only strongest retailer that was able to stay more then leveled even during the second recession in the U.S.A.- It was not as bad as the recession that hit the United States - After the stock market crash of 1929.
But none the less it was not as horrific as the one in , after 1929.
Longs was stronger then any number of the other retailers that are not currently in operationto start, it was stronger then Walgreens , Rite Aid , C.V.S, -As well...
Our founder knows the entire history of the company ,he is working hard on that even as he advocates hard , long for many of the youth , the American People all in one in the U.s..
Sears , Kmart are wiping themselves off the retail map in the U.s. -And even after that it is done , if any other retailer or fastfood franchise follows the same creed as it were its going to make it even much harder for many if not all of the American People - Find employment to help themselves make a stable living to start , able to start , support themselves , their families , even start famies of their own.
It is thought that with JC PENNY - Macy's may not be that far behind of actually adding themselves to where they are no longer on the retail map as it were.
It is said that if any of those are even thought of , close to more then a possibility , reality is known as bad corporate , company management , operation. it was the same bad operation , management done to the retailer of CIRCUIT CITY STORES & MERVYNS...
The corporate bad seeds has saddly befallen each of the retailers but Sears , Kmart to start have source that they have not thought of that our founder
can help them , many other retailers in the U.s..

For all Small business owners , franchisees both single building , chain in the state of California. ( N.C.H.A. )...
We all know that that Gov. Jerry Brown used the prop 39 to first advertise it for California school funding - because when the local media hyped up the news coverage of Jerry Brown unavailing the high tax plan of his , when that happened he noticed the high percentage of how unpopular that it was to many all across the state by it self.
So when the legislation of prop 39 came in to focus , reality he saw some thing that he would be able to use depending on how popular that it would be , depending on what it would be put in the voting ballot.
Then Jerry Brown put himself in the ads that advertised the proposition.
Obviously that was him trying to show , act as if he was sympathetic , sincere to the needs to our youths education in the state of California.
That was not an actuality he was playing us as if he actually cared in what really he does not.
If he did then he would not do in what he did with using a loop hole in the proposition as many things that are put through legislation have, after the fact that he saw that the prop was about to pass he secretly switched it from being the proposition for California school funding to his high tax plan due to the loop hole that many things that are put through legislation has without the politicians making it where there is no loop hole in any part of it.
All small businesses with both single store to chain store businesses , many as franchises start a petition , as many as a few hundred or thousand signatures of many business owners to sign the petition , then bring it to the official in the state capital , it will bring it to the attention of Jerry Brown , with that you , many other business owners can talk with the Jerry Brown in talks where the high tax plan is taken off legally , or make it where its more affordable for you , your small business , many other small businesses as well in the state of California.
This way the employment situation is not lost in this state , many small businesses can thrive , last longer all in one.

Wendy's Restaurant Franchise
In the past months there has been major amounts of pay hike talk through media both liberal , otherwise that it was more then asked where each fast food franchise were metaphorically pushed/ forced to pay their employees a better living wage that would consist if not more so with the current living wages of this century seeing that many are working at each location of the well known , semi well known fast food , other franchises that are also raising their own children ,providing for their families besides for themselves.
This is connected with the fact that it is not that easy for many to get a better or well paying employment that would help them better to where they would not have to struggle so hard , worry so much .
But seeing that many have just a High School , Junior Collage educations even those with just a bachelor degrees to start.
Those people who are both single & or married with , without children.
In any case it is still not that easy making ends meat as the old saying goes in today's world.
So far many fast food , other franchises have complied with the pay hike request that later became no longer optional.
But there is one of the well known chain fast food franchises that are said to be working on a way that they would not have to have what they may view as a heavy financial weight on them by putting in robotic machines in their restaurants , they claim that it would be cheaper to have those then to pay the wage that is with in the law in paying their employees the living it that is stated to be where they can make it with in the current cost of living wages are of this day , age to start with.
But what they do not realize that over the course of time it will deem to be way more expensive to maintain,repair,operate then it is , would be to pay human beings known as employees of said franchise.
If Wendy's wanted to put in robots , not help with the unemployment issue / situation with in this country , state to start with then they could have easily gone out of business , shorten founder Dave Tomas's reason, dream for the company that he worked really hard to build.
Dave Tomas would want to help many that are looking for job / employment not to have robotic machines to replace human beings.
If the current m future C.E.O's , Presidents of the company plan to go forth with the robotic machines then they will be flushing the founders reason , promises that he put with in the company , many other things down the toilet - That would be a faster way to have the franchise to be non existent like many other company's have become over the years -In what has made it even harder to find employment in any state including California.
So Wendy's trust the statement in that it is better to pay human beings starting with your current , your new , future employees , do not replace the human beings with robotic machines.

Sports Authority
is going through commercial Bankruptcy aka ( Section 11 )...
NEW YORK (AP) -- Sports Authority, which filed for bankruptcy protection three months ago, is shuttering all 460 of its stores after it was unable to adapt to consumers' move online.
The sports retailer had originally only planned to close about 140 stores, but in a court document this week it outlined plans to shutter all of them.
The Englewood, Colorado-based company said it will start discounting sneakers, clothing and other goods this week until the end of August.
Sports Authority's decline came as shoppers are increasingly more likely now to head online than to their local mall. Mall staples Aeropostale and Pacific Sunwear have also filed for bankruptcy protection this year.
The company told the bankruptcy court that it plans to sell its store leases in an upcoming auction.
As of March, it had about 14,500 employees.
A representative for privately held Sports Authority declined to comment.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (April 3, 2016) — A new milk processing plant in northeastern Indiana recently announced by Wal-Mart could cut into the amount of milk that dairy farmers have to ship out of state.
Wal-Mart announced plans for the new plant near Fort Wayne International Airport in March, and it’s scheduled to start processing milk in summer 2017. Wal-Mart hasn’t said how much milk it plans to process there, The (Fort Wayne) News-Sentinel (http://bit.ly/1PGBc6g) reported.
The state adopted a dairy strategy last year, with a consultant’s recommendations including attracting another milk processor that could use 1 million to 2 million pounds of the 4 million pounds of milk shipped to processing facilities outside Indiana daily. Ted McKinney, director of the Indiana State Department of Agriculture, said the new plant will “easily” meet that threshold.
Milk from the plant will be distributed to stores in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio and northern Kentucky. McKinney said Wal-Mart plans to get milk from suppliers in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio.
A large majority of Indiana’s dairy cows and milk production are in the northern third of the state, according to the State Department of Agriculture. Doug Leman, director of the Indiana Dairy Producers, said the reason lies in the weather.
“Cows don’t like heat and humidity,” Leman said.
McKinney said there are other reasons for so much of the dairy industry being in northern Indiana, including easy access to water for cows to drink and cleaning the cows, their shelter and milking equipment. He said people who settled the area also hailed from places with strong dairy farming traditions.

In a pharmacy mega-merger, Walgreen's is buying Rite Aid.
The $17.2 billion deal puts together the nation's second and third largest pharmacy chains that combined will have nearly 13,000 U.S. stores. That would catapult the merged company above CVS, which has 7,800 stores.
The deal, which will have to pass antitrust review, is another sign of increased consolidation in health care as the industry changes due to the Affordable Care Act and an aging population.
Rite Aid (RAD) stores would keep their names "initially," but Walgreen's plans to create "a fully harmonized portfolio of stores" over time, the company said in announcing the deal Tuesday.
Walgreen's (WBA) took over New York-based drugstore chain Duane Reade in 2010. It acquired Boots Alliance, a European pharmacy chain, last year. Walgreen/s has locations in 11 countries.
One industry analyst said regulators aren't likely to give the deal a green light, considering Rite Aid is the third-largest player in a marketplace already dominated by CVS (CVS) and Walgreen's.
CEO Stefano Pessina said in a statement that the deal would allow Walgreen's to provide "more heath and wellness solutions...in stores and online."
Pharmacies have increasingly looked to expand their healthcare offerings, looking to create coordinated care systems with doctors and insurance companies.

There is too much overlap between each chain’s locations, analyst says.
If Walgreen's buys smaller rival Rite Aid RAD , the combined company may end up with far fewer stores than it bargained for, according to an analysis by real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield.
Last week, Walgreen's Boots Alliance WBA , the U.S. drugstore chain’s parent company, said it would buy its smaller competitor for $17.2 billion including debt.
The acquisition, which is likely to face heavy scrutiny from U.S. regulators, would result in a drugstore chain with 12,800 locations, barring closings and divestitures. That would make it much bigger than CVS Health CVS , which runs the second largest chain by store count, with about 8,000 locations. CVS is in the process of buying Target’s TGT 1,700 pharmacies.
Earlier this week, Walgreen's revealed in regulatory filings that its contract with Rite Aid allowed for the divestiture or closing of up to 1,000 stores, though the company said it expected the total to be less than half that amount. Walgreen's runs about 8,200 stores, with locations in each state, while Rite Aid has about 4,600 stores in 31 states.
In his analysis, Garrick Brown, vice president of research at Cushman for the West Region, notes that Walgreen's could close or sell 1,000 before the deal closes, and then shutter up to another 2,000 after.
Brown’s research found that there are 14 states where this deal, if left intact, would double Walgreen's current store count; Michigan, Pennsylvania, and New York would have the highest concentration. By contrast, there is little overlap in other major markets like Florida, Illinois, and Texas.
Brown found there are 400 U.S. zip codes with four or more of either a Walgreen's or a Rite Aid. So beyond what regulators end up requiring to give the deal their blessing, Walgreen's may find all that overlap a problem.
“The post-merger Walgreen's real estate imperative will be to minimize cannibalization,” Brown wrote, noting that there are countless Rite Aid and Walgreen's stores standing right in front of each other in many parts of the country.
Walgeen's will have to close over three thousand Walgeen's stores in short mainly the non performing stores with way lees to near no foot traffic in the stores.
Rite Aid stores are likely to bear the brunt of the closings. “Who will win in those instances? In most cases, it will be the Walgreen's location simply because Walgreen's sales per square foot are typically higher.”
This part means a major number of people unemployed.

North Korea says it successfully tested a long-range rocket engine
SEOUL, South Korea (April 8, 2016) — North Korea says it has successfully conducted an engine test of a new intercontinental ballistic rocket it claims will strengthen its ability to stage nuclear strikes on the United States.
The North’s official Korean Central News Agency released the news Friday.
The move, if true, would be a big step forward for the North’s nuclear weapons program. But South Korean officials still say North Korea doesn’t yet have a reliable intercontinental ballistic missile, let alone the ability to arm it with a nuclear warhead.
The North has threatened pre-emptive nuclear strikes against Washington and Seoul and fired short-range missiles and artillery into the sea in an apparent response to ongoing U.S.-South Korean military drills and tough U.N. sanctions imposed over an earlier nuclear test and long-range rocket launch.

Mrs. Obama is said to be trying to ban (Americas Favorite Cereals )- Such as Trix Lucky Charms , Captain Crunch , Cocoa Puffs , others from kindergarten, Preschools are not to be allowed to be served to our children.
Mrs. Obama has done this sort of thing before where she tried to force the U.s. chain restaurant
( The Olive Garden ) - To not allow a child with their parent to say what they want to eat when it is
already okay'd by the child's parents or grandparents, even foster parents that they can say or point to what they want . only take the order from the adults that are with the child .
It is logical, accepted for the child to say what they want to eat when it has already been okay'd
by again the child's parent or grandparents no government official can say otherwise.
Mrs Obama did also tell the Mars candy bar company to stop making the king sized bars such as
( Snickers )...
In all three of those Mrs. Obama has no legal , official right to tell the parent grad parents , foster parents
in the U.s.- What they can , can not eat , what they can , can not drink , what they can , can not feed ,our youth , what we should , should not allow our youth to drink.
The parents grandparents , foster parents are legally . with their own rights to allow
their children , grand children of what they can eat snack on , drink.
What Mrs. Obama may not be aware of is that each parent , grandparent , foster parent
already knows what is safe , not safe for our youth at any age.
The parents of this country do not need any liberal politician to try , say what we can , can not do & eat , drink
and what we can not allow our youth to eat , drink.
If Mr. Obama wants to do those things concerning her children that is her right but she has no
real official , legal right to say what the parents , grandparents , foster parents.
Mrs Obama needs to quit thinking that she has the authority , right to also demand things of any food store , any snack & candy , drink company , restaurants , Ice cream company , factory what to do , not do either.
Mrs Obama has overstepped it twice , she can not do what she has done , tried to do in what is
said , has been said - Even if President Obama says she does have the official authority he is making
his liberal party look bad by doing that even if he tries to vocalize such things.

Department Store ( Macy's )NEW YORK (AP) - Macy's is slashing its full-year profit and sales outlook with its shoppers in an
extended funk.
First-quarter net income tumbled 40 percent, to $115 million, or 37 cents per share.
Adjusted per-share earnings were 40 cents per share, 4 cents better than Wall Street had
expected, according to FactSet.
Revenue fell 7.4 percent to $5.77 billion, worse than the $5.93 billion analysts expected. Revenue
at stores open at least a year fell 5.6 percent, the fifth consecutive quarter of declines. Macy's
expects comparable store sales for the year of 3 percent to 4 percent for the year, which also
disappointed Wall Street. Shares plunged Wednesday.
The retailer had been stellar performer but over the last year and a half it has stumbled amid stiffer
competition and a changing shopper.
